Hello and welcome to my blog.  Although I wish to remain anonymous, I will say that I have spent almost 20 years in the Staffing & Recruitment industry and have filled thousands of positions at thousands of companies throughout the United States.  One word of warning...there is no such thing as a wise old man (or woman) in the world of recruiting.  Like technology, the moment you think you have a handle on the current job market, the market changes unexpectedly.  What I hope to accomplish with this blog is simple:  to provide actionable, applicable and timely advice to job seekers in order to enhance their career.  Easy enough, right?  Probably not, but it should be a fun ride!
